| 006-03 | 28/08/2003 | 19:55 | Search | Sidmouth Beach | ILB launched in service to investigae an upturned boat off of Clifton Beach. ILB searched the area for persons in the water but nothing was found. |
| 005-03 | 03/08/2003 | 12:10 | First Aid | Boathouse | Lifeboat crew gave first aid assitance to a 12 year old boy who had been hit on the head by a stone, opposite the boathouse. The wound was treated and the family advised to have a full check up at hospital as soon as possible. |
| 004-03 | 12/07/2003 | 16:23 | Search | Ladram Bay | ILB launched to search for 5 people reported cut off by the tide East of Ladram Bay. ILB performed a close in search from Lade Foot to Ladram Bay with nothing being found. ILB then performed a return search to Jacobs Ladder Beach. Nothing was found and ILB stood down at 17:07 |
| 003-03 | 17/06/2003 | 14:46 | Rescue | Ladram Bay | ILB launched to assist a capsized kayak off of Ladram Bay. ILB arrived on scene where the casualty had been recovered onto a nearby boat. The ILB crew assessed the casualty and transferred him to a waiting ambulance at Ladram Bay. Casualty was suffering from the effects of the cold and returned home after being given a medical check by the Ambulance crew. ILB returned to station at 15:20. Exmouth ILB also attended. |
| 002-03 | 05/04/2003 | 15:45 | Rescue | Smallstones Point | ILB launched to assist a small fishing vessel taking in water off of Smallstones Point. ILB arrived on scene with Coastguard Helicopter Whisky Bravo and transferred one crew member to the vessel and assisted with pumping. Vessel then started making its way back Exmouth with the ILB in attendance. The vessel was then taken under tow due to her slow speed and towed into Exmouth Marina. ILB then returned to station at 18:10 |
| 001-03 | 29/03/2003 | 17:36 | Rescue | Branscombe | ILB paged after a report of a dingy drifting off Branscombe. ILB was stood down before launch after a report from the Coastguard that the dingy was empty and have been bought ashore by a local fisherman. |
