Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat was tasked to reports of a person having jumped off Beer Head. Once on scene, it was quickly established that the person reported was a base jumper who had descended safely to the beach by parachute and was safe and well.

Beer and Lyme Coastguard Teams also attended. Many thanks to all involved.
